I have created two signature courses to help you begin your health journey. These courses are available online in different formats: one-on-one sessions, group in person course, and self-paced options. While the content of the courses remains the same regardless of the format you choose, the level of support will vary. This allows you to select an option that best fits your budget and schedule. I have a fantastic online software and virtual classrooms and meeting rooms for sessions, I have made things as simple as possible to work together and you do not need any tech skills to join my courses, all you need is a laptop phone or ipad and you can start straignt away getting on with what you need to do.

What is S.M.A.R.T.E.R?
S - Specific: Clearly define what you want to achieve.

If you choose to take the course in this format, you will meet with me once a week in a live online classroom for your class module session. During this time, I will present and go through the module with you. Additionally, you can book a private one-on-one health coaching session with me each week to discuss your progress, ensuring you stay on track with accountability and support.
You will also have access to your unique client portal, where you can find all the course criteria, information, and downloadable resources. Furthermore, you can reach out to me through WhatsApp and your client portal to ask questions or share your achievements.
Additionally, you will have access to an interactive online clinic, a meditation room, yoga classes, and more, which you can use at your leisure.

This is the main classroom where teaching occurs each week. I will present a new module.
This room is designated for all one-on-one sessions. You can book your 1:1 sessions through your client portal at a time that is convenient for you each week.
In-Person Group Courses
If you choose this option, you will receive everything included in the 1:1 course; however, the course will be conducted in person at the beautifully refurbished Thrive Wellbeing Hub in Sale, Cheshire, with up to 20 participants.
The advantage of selecting this course is the increased support and accountability. You'll have the opportunity to meet others in similar situations, allowing you to connect and chat with fellow participants face-to-face. We will meet once a week in person, and you also get your 1:1 private weekly session with me. After each moduel you will recieve a curated goodie bag with vouchers and samples to support you that week. At the end of the course, you won’t be left on your own. I’ve organized an optional night out because accountability is a key factor in creating sustainable habit changes. Additionally, I offer my signature Yogazise class at the same location, which you can attend throughout the course.

This room is designated for all one-on-one sessions. You can book your sessions through your client portal at a time that is convenient for you each week.
Online Group Cohorts
If you choose this option, you will receive everything included in the 1:1 course; however, you will be in an online classroom setting with up to 20 participants. You have full control over your microphone and video, so you can choose not to interact with anyone if you prefer. However, you do have the option to engage with others if you wish.
The advantage of selecting this course is that you can benefit from even more support and accountability. You will have access to an interactive online community where you can meet and chat with fellow participants just like real life. While using this community is entirely at your discretion, I encourage you to take advantage of it, as accountability is one of the key factors in creating sustainable habit changes. This room is designated for all one-on-one sessions. You can book your sessions through your client portal at a time that is convenient for you each week.
This is the main reception area that you can visit after your classes if you decide to stay and explore. Each arrow takes you to different areas within the interactive online community.
Throughout the course, you will have access to the Interactive Guided Meditation Room. Here, you can relax, listen to meditations, or chat with fellow cohort members.
This is an example of one of the online yoga rooms available for classes that you can book during and after your course. Prices may vary.
This is the main social area for attendees to mingle and socialise after class. Participation is entirely optional, but it's a great way to meet others. There are several rooms that branch off from this one, and you are free to go wherever you please.
This room branches off from the main social area and allows Chorts attendees to chat more privately.
Online Self Paced Courses
If you choose this option, you will have access to the course through my online teaching platform, allowing you to progress at your own pace. All necessary criteria and information will be provided. The advantage of this format is that you are not bound by time and can complete the course at your convenience. While the level of support is limited, you will receive all the course materials to use at your leisure, and each module will be taught through video rather than live sessions.
